How high should I fill this 2 person whirlpool tub before starting the massage?

Fill the tub above the water jets before starting the whirlpool. Low-water protection prevents the pump from starting when water is insufficient. Never run the jet massage system dry, and turn the massage off before stepping out.
Does the 2790W heater heat cold water all the way to 104°F?

It is designed mainly to maintain an already-warm bath, not rapidly heat cold water. Start with warm water around 100°F . The heater works gradually and automatically stops heating at 104°F .
What should I plan for when adding this tub to a master bathroom remodel?

Plan for a level supported floor, hot/cold water, drainage and two separate 110/120V, 15A outlets with proper grounding and required leakage protection. Professional installation is recommended.
Is the 71" PRO bathtub spacious enough for two adults to soak comfortably?

Yes. A spacious 38.7" x 36.4" inner basin, 15" soaking depth and dual padded headrests give two adults room to settle in comfortably, making it ideal for couples who want to relax and enjoy the experience together.
Is the bathtub easy to clean and how often should the whirlpool system be cleaned?

Yes. Simply clean the tub surface with water or mild detergent as needed. For easy ongoing care, we suggest cleaning the whirlpool circulation system before first use and about once a month to help keep it performing at its best.

PIPE FLUSHING FOR A FRESHER NEXT SOAK â A premium bath should feel considered even after the water drains. The PRO Series features a dedicated pipe-flushing setting built into the faucet changeover system, allowing fresh tap water to be directed through the plumbing path between baths for easier internal system care
16 AIR JETS, INCLUDING 4 ILLUMINATED BUBBLE JETS â One of the PRO Series' signature experiences begins beneath the water. A 350W air system powers 16 bubble outlets, including 4 integrated color-changing illuminated air jets. Light travels upward through the streams of rising bubbles, creating a striking chromatherapy effect that transforms an evening bath into an immersive visual experience
28 TOTAL JETS WITH TWO DISTINCT MASSAGE EXPERIENCES â Choose focused water pressure, gentle full-body bubbles or enjoy both together. The dual massage system combines 12 whirlpool water jets with 16 air jets for 28 total jets. Eight smaller directional water jets and 4 larger jets help deliver more targeted massage around the body instead of a one-setting experience
2790W HEAT MAINTENANCE UP TO 104°F â Stay in the moment instead of repeatedly topping off your bath with hot water. The built-in 2790W heater helps maintain already-warm bath water at temperatures up to 104°F (40°C). Designed primarily for temperature maintenance, the system works with the whirlpool massage mode to support longer, more consistent soaking
DIGITAL CONTROL FOR A MORE INTUITIVE PRO EXPERIENCE â Manage whirlpool massage, air bubbles, temperature maintenance and chromatherapy from the electronic control panel while viewing the water temperature on screen. Low-water protection helps prevent the massage pump from operating without sufficient water, while the massage and bubble functions automatically shut off after 60 minutes
A TRUE 2-PERSON SOAKING EXPERIENCE â At 70.9" L x 48" W with up to 110 gallons of capacity, the PRO Series is designed around shared comfort rather than simply fitting a second person. A spacious 38.7" x 36.4" inner basin, approximately 15" soaking depth and dual padded headrests create room to stretch out, settle in and enjoy the experience together
COMPLETE BATHING SYSTEM + 3-YEAR PARTS & LABOR WARRANTY â Arrives with the tub-mounted faucet set, waterfall filler, multi-function handheld shower, dual headrests, drain and overflow components for a more complete installation package. Empava backs its massage tubs with a 3-year limited warranty on both parts and labor, adding meaningful reassurance to a premium bathroom investment
