Is the AnyTone AT-5100 a CB radio?

No. The AT-5100 is designed for 10-meter amateur radio operation, not CB service. An appropriate amateur radio license is required to transmit in the United States.
What modes and output power does it support?

It supports AM, FM, USB, LSB, CW and PA functions. Output reaches up to 30W on FM and 30W PEP on SSB, giving operators flexible choices for voice and CW operation.
Does the AT-5100 provide noise reduction?

Yes. Its 5-level TX and RX NRC helps reduce unwanted background noise in both transmitted and received audio. The level can be adjusted to suit changing operating conditions.
Does the built-in SWR function tune the antenna automatically?
